Check-in
The reception desk operates between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Apartments can be occupied after 2 p.m. If you plan to arrive at a different time, please notify us in advance. Please check that your telephone number is right, as we will call you on this number, in order to fix the time of your arrival.
You can pick up the keys and take the apartment in the premises, at the agreed time. When leaving, you must hand over the apartment in the same state as when you moved in, our staff will check this before handing over the keys.
Check-out
Until 11 a.m.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking until 2 days before the date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel later than that, the fee of the first night will be charged.
In the case of no show 30 per cent of every night will be charged.
Pets
Pets are allowed in the apartments. No extra fees will be charged.
Payment
You can pay in advance, in cash, in forint or euro, or by bank card.
We accept the following credit cards:
Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro
(We reserve the right to authorize charging of the credit cards in advance, before arrival).
Heating
Central heating in the house, with individual thermostats. You can set the desired temperature yourself. The house is available for our guests through the winter.

- The apartment was new, well designed and had a separate toilet, aswell as a main bathroom. The decor was very good and it was finished reasonably well. We particularly liked the split levels - although technically an apartment, the bedroom and bathroom were upstairs, so it felt more like a small house. The city itself is great and there is lots to do, including cheap and very good local entertainment. The public transport system is fantastic and cheap if you buy a weekly or few days ticket (pick them up from newsagents or special kiosks - you can't buy on the transport itself, in general).
